Shipping is free for orders over €199 (mainland Spain). Below that amount, the charge is €4.90.

Shipping to the Balearic Islands is €9.90 for orders under €499; to Portugal €7.90 for orders under €400; Andorra has a fixed charge of €20 and Ceuta and Melilla are calculated by volumetric weight. Shipping costs are always shown before you confirm the order.

When your order is shipped you will receive an email with the tracking number. You can also check the status of your purchase in the Order tracking section or from My account.

You have 14 calendar days from receiving your order to cancel your purchase, as long as the item is unsealed and in perfect condition.

For consumers and end users, return shipping is on us. For professionals and resellers, returns are handled as a commercial return. See the details in our returns policy.

Once we receive the goods and check they are in perfect condition, we process the refund using the same payment method used for the purchase.

The refund is made within a maximum of 14 calendar days from when you inform us of your decision to withdraw.

We cannot accept returns of the following products:

• Products with a broken factory security seal.

• Digital licences.
• Software that requires activation to work.

Contact us within 72 hours of delivery providing photos of the product, the outer packaging and the shipping label so we can file a claim with the carrier.

The warranty does not cover defects caused by incorrect use or improper handling of the product.
